They do an exceptional job every single time, the grass is cut beautifully, everything is perfectly trimmed, and they leave the property spotless after blowing and cleaning up. The attention to detail really shows. Beyond the quality of their work, they are personable, professional, flexible, reliable, and extremely fair with their pricing. I used CMN Exterior Maintenance Landscaping for junk removal purposes. Chris and his assistant showed up on time as scheduled and all I had to do was show them all the items I wanted removed from my tool shed and garage. They took care of the rest. They took all the items and loaded them on their truck. Some were heavy items and they took great care to make sure there was no damage to my property during the removal process. They even swept up and got rid of any mess that was leftover. I was very impressed by the professional and respectful service and would highly recommend the company for junk removal purposes. They also charged a reasonable price for the work they did.

Chris and his team are an amazing group of guys! We recently moved into our home and were in desperate need of new sod, and they completely transformed our backyard. Chris was incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and detail-oriented from start to finish. He walked us through the entire process, answered all of our questions, and gave us great recommendations on how to properly level and raise parts of the backyard. His team added and graded the soil underneath the sod to get the height and slope right, and you can really see the care they put into doing the job properly rather than just laying sod and calling it a day.
